Windsor Charter Academy Middle School is excited to announce that we will have a Coed Flag Football Team! Windsor Charter Academy will be hosting this in coordination with the Northern Colorado Independent League (NCIL) and NOCOElite Football Club.

We are excited for our Firebirds to participate in middle school athletics! Please note that 5th grade students are invited to try out for middle school sports.

Congratulations to Jude L. for being named our Scheels Student Athlete of the Week! Jude displays excellent sportsmanship and athletic ability. She performed well at our home meet and also lead the team in cheering everyone else on!

Congratulations to Baily I. for being named our Scheels Student Athlete of the Week! Bailey helped out with the MS Bow Fundraiser, gives motivational and uplifting speeches during practice, and has shown her true dedication to the squad.

The Windsor Charter Academy Middle School Cheer Team is excited to have students join the cheer team next year! We are ramping up for our 2022-23 season and invite families who are interested to join us at our parent meeting on April 14th.

We are excited to kick-off the 2022 Track & Field season! We encourage all MS students interested in running, jumping, and/or throwing to join us for conditioning and practices held Monday - Friday from 3:15 - 5:00 PM from March 28th to May 13th, 2022.

Congratulations to Coach Burroughs, our middle school girls’ volleyball coach, for being named the January 2022 Scheels Coach of the Month!

Middle school girls’ basketball registration is open! If your athlete is interested in playing basketball, tryouts begin in February.

Congratulations to our MS Girls’ Volleyball team who remain undefeated this season! The Firebirds played against Union Colony, defeating them in 2 sets.

Congratulations to our Middle School Boys' Basketball Team on their undefeated season and championship win! We are proud of our Firebirds!

Our middle school girls’ volleyball team registration is open! Girls’ volleyball is open to all 5th grade girls as well as all middle school girls.

Our cheerleaders hosted a Elementary School Cheer Clinic for K-5 students attending WCA. The clinic was an enormous success! Our cheer team earned a bit more toward funding their competition mats. WCA cheerleaders will host another cheer clinic soon!

Coach Sam and Coach Grizzle would like to nominate Andrew S. as the Scheels Student Athlete of the Week! Not only is Andrew our lead scorer this season, but he has demonstrated solid leadership on and off the court.

Congratulations to the Windsor Charter Academy’s 8th grade boys’ football players for playing a flawless 2021 football season at Windsor Middle School.
