Banner Program

The Banner Program at Windsor Charter Academy offers a fantastic advertising opportunity while supporting our school. Funds raised through this program will enhance student experiences, including athletics, enrichment programs, and student activities!

Businesses can design banners for advertising purposes or families can create banners to honor their students or the school. We offer a variety of opportunities to choose from!

Banner Options

Indoor Gym Banners

All indoor gym banners are 4' x 6' vinyl signs displayed in a school gym. They are hung annually from either August to August or December to December.

• Elementary School Gym Banner: $500

• Middle School Gym Banner: $500

• High School Gym Banner: $500

Outdoor Fence Banners

All outdoor fence banners are 4' x 6' mesh signs displayed on an outdoor fence. They are hung annually from either August to August or December to December.

• Middle/High School Soccer Fence Banner: $500 per school year

• Elementary School Outdoor Fence Banner: $500 per school year

Logo Specifications:

• All payments and logos must be received by:

  • July 15th for banners to be hung in August.

  • November 1st for banners to be hung in December.

• All banners can include a logo, phone number, website address, or other approved message.

• For best print quality, please provide a vector file (.eps), an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file, or a high-resolution PDF or .jpg version of your logo. Please email your company logo to kala.mawlawi@windsorcharteracademy.org.

• Banner proofs must be approved by the sponsor before they will be printed.

• Banners are hung for one year and can be renewed each year.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made by credit card or check. If paying by check, please make it payable to Windsor Charter Academy and mail it to Windsor Charter Academy, c/o SarahGennie Colazio, 810 Automation Drive, Windsor, CO 80550.
