We are excited to announce that we will be partnering again with Original Works art-based fundraising! Through the program, students will create artwork that can be reproduced onto a variety of keepsake products. The products range from magnets to mugs, many as low as $6.00.

Picture Retake Day for our elementary school students will be held on Wednesday, October 19th. Please review the Dress Code Policy for information on formal dress uniform for Picture Day.

Sign up through your phone’s App Store to start supporting WCA with the digital Box Tops! If you have Box Tops clips at home you may send them to school.

We appreciate our parents for helping to adhere to the student dress code and helping students dress for success. Per policy we ask that shorts, skirts, and dresses be of modest length and that jeans are free of holes and fraying

The 8 Keys of Excellence Family program deepens family relationships, opens lines of communication, and provides young people with eight proven life principles. Families can register for the 8 Keys of Excellence Family Program on their website and download the Program Packet.

We are proud to support our award-winning Lego Robotics Club for fourth and fifth grade students! Our teams learn about coding, robotics, team collaboration, and solving real-world problems, such as learning about water systems and how to conserve and protect our valuable resources.

Bird Watchers is a safety program initiated by our school to keep a watchful eye over our Firebirds. Parents are invited to volunteer to be a Bird Watcher for our school.

Our K-5th Grade Parent Information Night will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in our elementary school classrooms. This event is for parents only.

The first session of Science Matters starts on September 14th! If your student is interested in registering, please register at www.ScienceMatters.tv.

Our elementary school has a comprehensive intramural sports program for our 4th and 5th grade students. Our program is designed to give students an opportunity to learn about and participate in sports and learn teamwork when playing with fellow classmates.

Students who join Art Club have an opportunity to work with a variety of materials in a setting that offers quality, one-on-one assistance. Students can experiment and discover new art techniques! We will dive into learning more about sculpture, abstract art, and 3-5th graders will even be able to showcase their artwork at a local Windsor business. Art Club will meet once a week. We hope your students are ready to be creative!

The Clearview Library District’s Bookmobile is resuming its service to WCA! The Bookmobile will be parked in front of the elementary school on Tuesdays beginning September 7th.

I am incredibly honored to have been the principal of Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School for the past six years!

We are excited to announce that we will be offering clubs and intramural sports at the elementary school! We are able to offer more opportunities for students to participate in clubs and intramural sports if we secure additional volunteers who are paid through a stipend. If you have a passion for working with children, please consider taking on the role of an advisor or coach!

Students who purchased a yearbook will receive them on May 20th from their classroom teacher. Students will have the opportunity to sign yearbooks before school dismisses at 11:30 a.m.

Comfy Clothes Day will be held on May 11th! Student Council is excited to celebrate Comfy Clothes Day with students as a reward for donating so many clothes for the Uniform Drive.

We are proud of our elementary school students who participated in the Virtual Talent Show! Eleven student acts were submitted this year. Congratulations to our brave and courageous students who showcased their talents!
