Does your student need additional volunteer hours to meet their yearly service requirement? If so, the Town of Windsor is hosting a Windsor Volunteer Fair on Saturday, April 27th! The event will take place at Boardwalk Park under the main pavilion from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
Spring Music & Fine Arts Festival
WCA's Middle & High School Fine Arts Department will host a Spring Music & Art Festival on May 9th! Enjoy live music performed by the middle school band and choir, followed by the high school wind ensemble, jazz band, and choir! Students will perform in MS Commons and the Gym. All students should wear the band/choir shirts and jeans.
Attention 6th & 7th Grade Families: Volunteers Needed for 8th Grade Dinner
On Tuesday, May 21st, our 8th-grade class will celebrate their last year of middle school at our 8th Grade Continuation Ceremony, followed by a dinner and dance. It has been a tradition for 6th & 7th-grade families to help with this event each year so 8th-grade families can attend the Continuation Ceremony.

Congratulations to our 3rd Quarter Honor Roll recipients! These students will be recognized at school and receive a coupon for a “High School Dress Day” to be used on Thursday, April 4th. Students must follow the high school dress code policy.

CMAS Testing Schedule for Middle School Students
Windsor Charter Academy students will take their Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) tests in April! CMAS tests are meaningful and relevant assessments that support rigorous academic standards. The state’s summative tests measure students’ mastery of grade-level standards and growth over time. In addition, these assessments measure students’ critical thinking skills, which are needed to be successful in school and life.

Seminar: The Impact of Vaping, Marijuana, Opioids, and Fentanyl on Young People
Windsor Charter Academy is partnering with the Weld County Substance Use Prevention Program and is hosting an informational seminar to learn more about “The Impact of Vaping, Marijuana, Opioids, and Fentanyl on Young People.” This seminar was originally scheduled for March 28th but has been rescheduled to April 16th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Windsor Charter Academy Middle/High School Classroom #145/147. Middle School Students Place in Colorado Open Cup Stacking Championship
Congratulations to our middle school students who participated in the Colorado Open Cup Stacking Championship last weekend! Diviya F., Tayla F., and Even V. all competed. Diviya earned two 2nd-place medals and a 3rd-place medal and placed 3rd all around. Tayla placed 4th in 3 events and was 4th overall in her division.
