Administration monitors weather alerts and updates for severe weather. In the event we have severe weather conditions, we will initiate the inclement weather dismissal plan. In the event that the weather puts our staff or students in danger, students will be held inside until it is safe to release.
Inclement Weather Dismissal:
Driveline will be used to dismiss students in two locations, Garden Drive (red location) and Academy Court (blue location). Students will stay in classrooms until their vehicle arrives.
It is important that parents follow the provided times to prevent traffic congestion. Students will be dismissed when parents arrive and the student driveline number is entered. Please follow the routes listed below to minimize traffic congestion.
Garden Drive: Proceed east on Garden Drive to the pick-up area. Exit by turning left on Technology Circle.

A-B @ 3:00 p.m.
C @ 3:05 p.m.
D-E @ 3:10 p.m.
F @ 3:20 p.m.
Academy Court: Proceed north on Diamond Valley Drive and turn left onto Academy Court. Exit out by turning right onto Diamond Valley Drive.

G-H @ 2:50 p.m.
I-K @ 2:55 p.m.
L-O @ 3:05 p.m.
P-R @ 3:10 p.m.
S @ 3:15 p.m.
T-V @ 3:20 p.m.
W-Z @ 3:25 p.m.
Blue Cone: Students who are assigned to the Blue Cone for pick up will stay in their classrooms until their name appears on the screen signifying that the pick-up person’s identification has been verified in the front office.
Daycare Vans: Dispatch will notify the front office when daycare vans arrive. Overhead announcement will be made to release students to Academy Court.
Walkers: Students who are walkers will not be released to walk in inclement weather due to safety concerns. Parents will need to pick them up using their Driveline number. If parents intend for students to walk home in inclement weather, the parent must call the front office to give their permission. The front office will contact the teacher.
