Math Tutoring Program

The Math Department is pleased to invite our students to participate in our math student-tutor program! Students from kindergarten through 10th grade (or through Algebra 2) are eligible to participate in this program.

Parents may sign up their students to be tutored by a high school student via a Zoom conferencing session. Sessions are one day a week from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. for a 60-minute session, or 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. for a 30-minute session. The student-tutor will set up the Zoom session under the direction and permission of the parent/guardian. Times may be adjusted at the discretion of the tutor and family.

Elementary and middle school students will be matched with a trained high school tutor according to timing and age preferences selected at registration. There is a two-week time frame for students to be matched with a tutor. Parents will be contacted with more details.

The cost for a weekly tutor session is $10 per 60-minute session or $5 per 30-minute session. Payments can be made directly to the tutor.
