The WCA Education Committee serves to strengthen the overall educational program of our schools. This committee assists the administrator and teachers in providing all WCA students with the highest quality educational program possible by researching new and existing curricular and instructional approaches and evaluating and synthesizing information. The Education Committee allows for parents to be stakeholders in curriculum decisions and strengthens the link between the classroom and home. The administrator and a teacher representative serve on the committee and work directly with parents to ensure that our committee work is immediately relevant and adds value to the day-to-day work of the school.
Windsor Charter Academy is looking for parents who would like to join as Education Committee members for the 2020-2021 school year. Meetings will be held virtually this year through Zoom from 3:45 - 5:15 p.m. on the following dates. Listed next to each date is the content area that will be reviewed.
