Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Honor Roll Assembly for our 1st quarter will be held on Friday, January 21st at 8:30 a.m. in the ES Gymnasium. Parents of students who earned an honor roll recognition will receive an email this week inviting them to the assembly. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m.
Fast Passes
Visitors with Fast Passes may show their picture ID and Fast Pass to enter at the front east door. All other visitors with a current background check will need to sign in at the main front door with a picture ID. Out of respect to our neighboring businesses, please do not park in their parking lots or in any of our drop-off locations.
Assembly Opt-Out Form
At Windsor Charter Academy, we value parent choice. Throughout the school year, our schools will host a variety of grade-level or school-wide assemblies and/or indoor celebrations where large groups of individuals are gathered. We realize that parents may have concerns about virus transmission and large gatherings. Parents may choose to send their student to school with a mask to attend an assembly. Parents also have the choice to opt their student out of attending an assembly. If you would like to opt your student out of attending an assembly, please complete this Assembly Opt-Out Form. Please complete one form per student. Forms must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. the evening prior to the event.
Students who opt out will have the opportunity to stay with a staff member for the duration of the assembly to read or complete school work. We appreciate your partnership as we continue to work together to support family choice.
