Battle of the Books for 4th & 5th Grade

Battle of the Books fosters a culture of reading at our school! Battle of the Books is a fun Family Feud-style competition where teams of students compete against peer schools to test their knowledge of a selection of books! We will read and practice throughout the year and compete in a final competition in May.

Battle of the Books is open to our 4th and 5th grade students. Teacher approval is required and students must meet AR goals while in the club.

Reading List: Download the 2021-2022 Battle of the Books Reading List.

Please note that our school library has limited books on hand, so students will be responsible for purchasing the books on the list, or finding them at one of our local libraries. Make sure to reserve your copies at the library early because many Windsor schools are participating in this competition!
