The weather forecast will determine how we conduct Field Day. If we have to move Field Day entirely indoors, parents/ticketholders will not be permitted to attend the event due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
We are excited to have our first school-wide event at our elementary school! Students will participate with their grade level for Field Day on May 18th. Keeping with tradition, students are welcome to dress in athletic attire or dress as a twin with another student in their grade level. Students should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated for the event.
Each student may bring two guests. All guests must pre-register through the link below in order to receive their ticket for entry. For families with multiple students, guests will need to pre-register for each grade-level time slot they plan to attend. Pre-registration will close at 3:00 p.m. on May 12th.
Guests will not be permitted in the building with the exception of using the bathroom in the cafeteria. Face coverings will be required for guests during the event.
Kindergarten: 9:20 to 10:15 a.m.: Reserve Tickets
1st Grade: 8:20 to 9:15 a.m.: Reserve Tickets
2nd Grade: 12:00 to 12:55 p.m.: Reserve Tickets
3rd Grade: 10:20 to 11:15 a.m.: Reserve Tickets
4th Grade: 1:00 to 1:55 p.m.: Reserve Tickets
5th Grade 2:00 to 2:55 p.m.: Reserve Tickets
The Day of the Event
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check into the event. Guests will check in by showing their QR Code listed on their ticket. Attendees will receive a wristband for entrance through the northeast gate.
Guests will rotate with their student during the activities with the exception of the gym rotation. The gym rotation will be held inside the building and guests are not allowed in the building due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
We ask that guests immediately exit through the east gate after the grade-level rotation is complete so that we can begin the next grade-level field activity.
If a parent would like to check their child out after the event, they will need to exit by themselves through the east gate and meet their child at the front office to sign them out. Due to COVID-19 protocols, only one family is allowed to enter the office at a time.
If Field Day plans need to be altered due to inclement weather, activities will be moved indoors and guests will not be permitted. We are so excited to be able to have our first school-wide event! Thank you for your continued support and patience!
