Mrs. Moore
Mrs. Moore is incredibly happy to start her fourth year as assistant principal and tenth year at WCA. While at WCA, she has served as an instructional specialist and dean of students. Before coming to WCA, she taught in the Poudre School District for 21 years. Mrs. Moore and her husband, Mike, have two amazing daughters. Sydney is a 25-year-old CU graduate who is in law school at the University of Texas. Mia is 21 and attends Regis University, where she is a biology/pre-med major and plays softball for the Rangers. When not at school, Mrs. Moore enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, watching her daughter play softball, taking care of her great nephew, and enjoying her newest hobby - embroidery. Her favorite children's book is Knuffle Bunny. During her many years in education, Mrs. Moore’s “All Means All” philosophy has guided her work. She is focused on developing teacher effectiveness and supporting quality instruction and interventions to ensure students are educated, equipped, and empowered to be lifelong learners.
Mrs. Bradford
Mrs. Bradford is in her second year at WCA. Her family has been at WCA for the better part of 5 years. Prior to this year, she worked as a paraprofessional. She and her husband live in Windsor with their four kids and can usually be found driving them to and from sports practice! In her spare time, Mrs. Bradford enjoys shopping, crafting, and watching movies with her kids. She is excited to work with such a wonderful staff and looks forward to getting to know our Firebird families!
MRS. HERRBACK
Mrs. Herrback is excited to return as a counselor for her third year at WCA! This is her 7th year as a school counselor, although her career in education first began as a teacher in 2004. Students often remember her name by saying, "Mrs. Herrback has your back!" She resides in Windsor with her husband and two daughters, who also attend WCA. When the weather is warm, you may find Mrs. Herrback and her family biking, paddle boarding, or hiking. However, she especially enjoys curling up with a good book alongside her two dogs during the cold, snowy days. No matter the weather, Mrs. Herrback loves bringing a smile to children's faces and looks forward to further building relationships with students, families, and staff this year!
