We are excited to start a new tradition at our elementary school - Friday Flowers for Teachers! The Windsor Charter Academy Organic Garden is overflowing with beautiful sunflowers. Last Friday, a team of parents and volunteers put together 35 beautiful mason-jar-filled flower arrangements that came from our organic garden. To help augment the bouquets, the Lil’ Flower Shop in Windsor donated baby’s breath and other foliage. All the flowers were then hand-delivered to each elementary school teacher to brighten their day. Our team wanted to thank each teacher for the dedication they show to our students each week! Thank you, Lil’ Flower Shop, for helping to make our arrangements beautiful for our teachers!
