Many of our elementary school classrooms will celebrate the holidays on Wednesday, December 20th at 1:30 p.m. in their classrooms! We have a few reminders for our families below.

Set-Up Volunteers

Volunteers will enter through the east door starting at 1:00 p.m.

Entrance

The entrance for classroom parties will be located at the east door of the school. All guests who have completed a background check will be permitted to enter through the east door beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Fast Passes/Non-Fast-Pass Entrance

There will be a Fast Pass line and a non-Fast Pass line. Guests with Fast Passes should be prepared to show their Fast Pass along with a photo ID and enter through the Fast Pass Entrance at the east door. Any guest who hasn’t completed a background check 48 hours prior to the event must enter through the front office. Checking Students Out Early

All guests who plan to check students out early will need to get an early dismissal slip for each child from their classroom teacher and show it at an exit as they leave.

Parking

Out of respect for our neighboring businesses, please use one of our three parking lots or the church parking lot. Please do not park at Windsor Gymnastics Academy or any of the Future Legends parking lots, or your car may be towed. If you park on Garden Drive, Diamond Valley East, or Academy Court, your vehicle must be moved by 2:45 p.m. to allow for pick up.
