We are excited to share with you that our school will be participating in “3rd Grade Bring Your Parent/Guardian to PE Week” from November 13th through 17th.

To celebrate the third grade Core Knowledge Rome Unit, we will be hosting Third Grade Roman Day Celebration to engage in a deeper understanding of Roman times. We invite parents to join this celebration with us through hands-on learning, games, and activities.

Join us on November 10th at 8:45 a.m. in the ES Gymnasium to celebrate our Veterans! Students should wear their formal dress uniform for this event.

We are excited to partner with Caring Canines to provide animal-assisted intervention for a limited number of students. Tucker will visit our building with his handler on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. to meet with select students

Our drop-off and pick-up processes are running more smoothly as we settle into the school year. We have a few quick reminders for our parents.

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Honor Roll Assembly for our 1st quarter will be held on Friday, November 3rd at 10:30 a.m. in the ES Gymnasium. Parents of students who earned an honor roll recognition will receive an email inviting them to the assembly.

Battle of the Books fosters a culture of reading at our school! Battle of the Books is a fun Family Feud-style competition where teams of students compete against peer schools to test their knowledge of a selection of books!

Our elementary school classes will celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 27th! We are excited to welcome our families to our school and see all of their creative costumes!

Our kindergarten students are ready to celebrate all they have learned in their Core Knowledge Unit - Five Senses! Kindergarten students will have a fun Halloween celebration centered around the study of the human body. They will get to explore the five senses, the five food groups, play games, and create crafts.

The Clearview Library Bookmobile will be at the elementary school on Tuesdays beginning September 5th. The Bookmobile will be parked on Academy Court from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. Please park in one of the school parking lots to visit the Bookmobile.

Picture Retake Day for our elementary school students will be held on Wednesday, October 18th from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please review the Dress Code Policy for information on formal dress uniforms for Picture Day.

Our 4th grade students are excited to share all they have learned during their medieval unit at their Core Knowledge Celebration! Fourth grade students will dress up in medieval clothing and experience games and food of the time period.

Our first grade students are ready to celebrate all they have learned in their Core Knowledge Unit - Ancient Egypt! First graders have been learning about the ancient civilization of Egypt. During their celebration, they will participate in different activities that support and enrich the Core Knowledge curriculum.

All student items including lunch boxes, jackets, sweaters, etc., need to be labeled with student names. Items are returned to students on Wednesdays if they are labeled with a name (not initials).

We love partnering with our families to help each of our learners develop not only their academic skills, but also social and emotional skills they need to be successful in life!

October 4th is National Walk & Roll to School Day! We encourage families who are able to join in the fun by riding their bikes, scooters, or even walking to school on this day.

This is a friendly reminder that our office hours are from 7:35 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We ask that all families make sure to pick up their students on time.

We are excited to announce that we will be partnering again with Original Works art-based fundraising! This is a chance to remember your child’s elementary years through their art in unique ways.
