Windsor Charter Academy welcomes all families and visitors to our Veterans Day Assembly on November 11th at 2:00 p.m.! To ensure the safety of our schools, we will require all visitors attending the Veterans Day Assembly to have a background check on file. If a family member plans to attend this event, please make sure they complete a background check no later than Wednesday, November 9th.

Assembly Opt-Out Form
At Windsor Charter Academy, we value parent choice. Throughout the school year, our schools will host a variety of grade-level or school-wide assemblies and/or indoor celebrations where large groups of individuals are gathered. We realize that parents may have concerns about virus transmission and large gatherings. Parents may choose to send their student to school with a mask to attend an assembly. Parents also have the choice to opt their student out of attending an assembly. If you would like to opt your student out of attending an assembly, please complete this Assembly Opt-Out Form. Please complete one form per student. Forms must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. the evening prior to the event.
Students who opt out will have the opportunity to stay with a staff member for the duration of the assembly to read or complete school work. We appreciate your partnership as we continue to work together to support family choice.
