Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremony & Important Dates

We are getting closer to graduation! Please let us know if you have any questions as you and your senior prepare for this special occasion!

Graduation Tickets: Each student will have four tickets to graduation. These tickets are free but you must reserve tickets by May 1st. Any unused tickets will be placed in a lottery for students who request additional tickets.

Graduation Live Streaming: WCA will live-stream the graduation ceremony on the WCA YouTube Channel We will also post this link in a banner on the homepage of our website. Feel free to share this link with any family members who are unable to attend the ceremony.

Senior Meeting: Please remind your senior about our final senior class meeting on Friday, April 30th at 1:45 p.m. Students should bring their Chromebooks because they will be filling out their Senior Exit Survey.

Senior Boards: Each senior should create a "senior board" with photos, quotes, memorabilia, etc. We suggest using a foam board and it does not exceed 20"x30".

Reminder on Graduation Events:

• Monday, May 10th

  • Last Day for Seniors

• Tuesday, May 11th

  • Senior Checkout from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

  • Seniors will receive their yearbook and cap and gown after they have completed the checkout process.

• Wednesday, May 12th

  • Senior Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

    • Families were required to purchase tickets to the Senior Breakfast. A maximum of three guests per student will be permitted.

    • Seniors should bring their cap and gown to change into to prepare for the elementary school walkthrough.

    • Seniors should bring their senior board so we can have it ready for the graduation ceremony.

  • Elementary School Walkthrough from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

    • Families may stay at the MS/HS to watch the seniors in their cap and gown or may line up at outside the elementary school front doors.

  • Convocation will be held from 2:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • High school students only

  • Graduation Rehearsal will be held from 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    • Seniors only

• Thursday, May 13th

  • Graduation

    • Seniors should report to school by 5:30 p.m. in their cap and gowns.

    • Families are required to reserve tickets in advance. Each student can have a maxim of four guests.

    • Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
