Many of you have heard that one of our former Spanish teachers, Lara Demaree, passed away on Sunday. Lara made an amazing impact on all of the staff and students at WCA.
Our counselors spoke to all 9th and 10th grade classes this morning to let them know since they had her as a teacher as 6th and 7th graders. We had a table set up at lunch for students and staff to write memories of Lara to place in a “memory box” to give to her family.
