WCA High School Theatre is back and thrilled to announce auditions for Radium Girls, this year’s much-anticipated fall play! Set in the backdrop of the Roaring Twenties–where radium was a miracle cure, Madame Curie an international celebrity, and luminous watches the latest rage—this is a story about the young women dial painters who began to fall ill with a mysterious disease and the efforts of one of those women as she fights for her day in court. Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls radiates with humor, warmth, and the importance of standing up for what is right.
