We are ramping up for our first annual WCA Graduation Ticket Auction! Each year, families of graduating seniors are issued eight tickets to attend the graduation ceremony. During our auction, families have the opportunity to bid on additional tickets. If you are interested in participating, please register below. This auction is open to all families with a senior currently enrolled at our high school. All funds raised will support After Prom!
Participating in the Graduation Ticket Auction allows your family to bid on five sets of two graduation tickets. The highest bidder for each set will win the set of tickets. There is no limit to the number of sets of tickets a bidder can bid on or win.
Bidding Window
Deadline to Apply for a Bid Number: Friday, March 29th at noon
Bidding Start Date: Monday, April 1st at 8:00 a.m.
Bidding End Date: Thursday, April 4th at 1:00 p.m.
Bid Amounts
Bidding will start at $20.00.
Bids will be increased in $20.00 increments.
On Friday, April 5th, bid winners will be notified to confirm their winning bid and will be provided further instructions on payment.
To participate in our online auction, please register below. Participants will receive a bid number via email before bidding begins on April 1st. Please be patient, as bid numbers may not be sent via email instantly. All requests for bid numbers must be submitted by noon on Friday, March 29th.
Registered participants who are issued a bid number will receive further instructions on how they can participate in the online auction. Participation is optional. Happy bidding!
