The non-profit organization The Quarter Project of Northern Colorado aims to encourage young women to pursue STEM careers and academics. Representatives from their team will be coming on March 20th from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. to provide an overview of a specific program they have called STEM Femmes. This is a program geared towards high school students, specifically young women, to help with the transition from high school to college and beyond. The representatives from this non-profit will share about this opportunity that would give the students a chance to gain volunteer experience, learn about college, and obtain valuable life skills.
