We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from our VEX Robotics State Championship Tournament! Our senior robotics team, Fractal, placed 3rd in the state for skills. During the elimination matches, Fractal entered as the number two seed, advancing to the quarterfinals. While an unexpected turn of events led to an early exit from the bracket, the team’s performance throughout the tournament was exceptional!
Most notably, Fractal earned the coveted Think Award, which recognizes the most effective and consistent programming and coding strategies used to tackle the competition’s complex challenges. In short—they were the top programming team in the state! This prestigious award has earned them a spot at the VEX Robotics World Championships this May, where they’ll compete with top teams from around the globe.
