Windsor Charter Academy athletes are invited to participate in a winter sport (Girls’ Swimming & Diving Team and the Wresting Team) at Windsor High School. Students are eligible to participate if they live in the Weld RE-4 School District and reside in the "Windsor High School school boundaries" to participate at Windsor. Otherwise, athletes can participate in winter sports at Severance High School.

All Athletes Must Receive a Winter Sports Permit to be Eligible to Participate
Schedule your sports physical as soon as possible
When getting ready to register for winter sports, please read and follow all registration instructions carefully. Remember to complete ONLY one (1) online registration form per school year during the registration period for the athlete's first sport played. For subsequent sports athletes only need to verify a current physical is on file and pay the sports fee.
Athletes that have already played a 2021 Fall Sport at Windsor High School have already completed the online registration form - DO NOT complete the online registration form again. Athletes only need to see Mrs. Legino to pay their sports fee and verify their physical is current. At that time the athlete will be issued his/her Winter Sports Permit.
Athletes that have not yet played a sport this school year need to go to the WHS Athletics website at windsorwizards.org for all registration information and instructions. Please note that only signed and completed registration items will be accepted. Once all items are submitted to the Athletics Office, the Winter Sports Permit will be issued to the athlete to turn into their coach to be eligible to participate.
Windsor Charter Academy
Windsor Charter Academy (Non-WHS Students), must complete the items under the "IF" criteria appropriate for Non-WHS Students. After completing the online registration form, the following registration items must be submitted in person - only completed and signed forms will be accepted.
Signed parent/athlete signature form (print from the email confirmation sent to you following completion of the online registration form).
Signed Weld RE-4 School District COVID-19 Waiver
Updated physical signed and dated by a physician
$225 Sports Fee
Non-WHS Student General Information Form - completed by parent and signed by school administrator
Non-WHS Student Grade & Eligibility Form - completed and signed by school administrator.
SPORTS FEES
$225 per sport for Windsor Charter Academy
As a reminder, there are no multi-family or multi-sports discounts. No refunds will be made once the athlete begins practice.
