Our cheerleaders hosted a Elementary School Cheer Clinic for K-5 students attending WCA. The clinic was an enormous success! Our cheer team earned a bit more toward funding their competition mats. WCA cheerleaders will host another cheer clinic soon!
At the Fall Festival, the cheer team flash mob’ed those in attendance with a dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” The team had fun working with those who participated in this community event and they are excited for next year!
Kaylee S., 9th grade, has been elected to be Cheer Captain. Her uplifting nature helps everyone feel like she’s a friend and she has great Firebird spirit!
Kara L. is a dedicated and reliable Cheer Co-Captain. Most importantly, she is a friend to all of her fellow cheerleaders. Kara has a warm spirit and is constantly working to make sure those around her have a reason to smile!
