On January 10th, the WCA Firebirds girls’ JV basketball team took on the Brush Beetdigger’s JV team. The Firebirds led through the first half 25 to 23. Going into the second half of the game, they continued their momentum and ended with a win, with a final score of 48-26. The three leading scorers of the game were Emerson C., Alaina D., and Kaydence W. Emerson C. was on fire, scoring 26 points!
