Windsor Charter Academy JV Girls’ Basketball team faced off against Frontier Academy on Monday. The Firebirds scored with two layups to start the game, and had strong shooting during the first half. Frontier Academy made several scoring attempts, but many were blocked by the Firebirds’ consistent defense. The first period ended 10-5. During the second period, Frontier Academy had a few successful drives. Autumn stayed aggressive and consistent throughout the second period and Olivia made a critical play that resulted in a score-making basket. The final score was 20-10. The Firebirds showed great effort throughout the game!
