Introducing our New PE Teachers: Mr. Hill and Mr. O'Neal

We are excited to introduce our new Middle School Physical Education Team! Mr. Hill and Mr. O’Neal joined our team earlier this month and we are excited about the energy and enthusiasm they bring to our school.

Mr. Hill - 6th and 7th Grade Physical Education Teacher

Mr. Hill graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education. Mr. Hill obtained his Master of Science in human performance in sports/sports administration from New Mexico Highlands University.

This is Mr. Hill's first year at Windsor Charter Academy but he has spent the last 26 years in education, 20 of which were specifically in physical education.  Mr. Hill has also taught U.S./World History, Geography, A.P Human Geography, and Drivers Education. He has also coached high school football, track, and golf.  He is a Cup Stacking Champion and is excited to teach his students the art of Cup Stacking!

Mr. Hill is an avid golfer and enjoys the great outdoors. He is married to his beautiful wife Tami and they have six children and three grandchildren.

Mr. O’Neal: 7th and 8th Grade Physical Education Teacher

Mr. O’Neal is originally from Lubbock, TX and moved to Colorado in 2010 when he was recruited to play college basketball at Colorado Christian University. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and earned a master’s degree in secondary education from Grand Canyon University.

This is Mr. O’Neal’s first year at Windsor Charter Academy and his sixth year teaching. Mr. O’Neal has taught physical education, health, and sport management . He has also coached basketball, golf, and track. He loves physical education because it gives students an opportunity to be active in their daily lives and allows him to teach life lessons through sports. If he is being honest, it also gives him an excuse to be active and play sports with students!

Mr. O’Neal is a basketball player at heart, but has become an avid golfer after retiring from college basketball eight years ago. Coach O’Neal is married to his amazing wife Samantha and has three children.
