Each week, our teachers nominate one student from each grade level to receive a Friday Firebird Award. This award is given to students who set a wonderful example by demonstrating The 8 Keys of Excellence!

Kushi U., a 6th grader, was recognized as a Firebird Award winner! Mrs. DeBusk shared, "Kushi is engaged and works hard in every class. He asks great questions when he doesn't understand something and is always willing to try something challenging. He gets his work done in a timely manner and takes pride in doing his best. He sets a great example for all students. Keep up the good work, Kushi!"

Jazbel, a 6th grader, was recognized as a Firebird Award winner! Mr. Gallie shared, "Jazbel is an outstanding student who excels academically. Beyond her studies, she is a constant source of support to classmates, offering help and encouragement whenever needed. With a great sense of humor and a positive attitude, Jazbel lights up every room she enters. She is a role model for kindness and integrity and truly makes our school a better place. Thank you, Jazbel, for all that you do!"
