Required for all Families: Complete a Parent Agreement Form

Each year, our parents are asked to complete a Parent Agreement Form for each student enrolled at our school. Any student who does not have a signature form on file by the last day of August may have their technology account access revoked.

  • Student Data Privacy

  • Walking Field Trip Permission Form

  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

  • Code of Conduct

By completing a form, families acknowledge that they have read and understand the Windsor Charter Academy Parent & Student Handbook.
