Healthy School Meals for All - Public Feedback
The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is seeking input on Colorado’s Healthy School Meals for All Program. This program has been widely utilized in Colorado and is currently facing a budget shortfall. The CDE is seeking input to provide feedback to a Technical Advisory Group that will provide a final report to Colorado’s Joint Budget Committee.

ParentSquare & StudentSquare
We are excited about our new communication tool called ParentSquare! ParentSquare is a comprehensive tool for families to communicate with teachers and coaches, log volunteer hours, and sign up for events.
Math Tutoring Program
The Math Department is pleased to invite our students to participate in our Math Tutoring Program!
Elementary, middle, and high school students will be matched with a trained high school tutor according to the timing and age preferences selected at registration. The time frame for students to be matched with a tutor is two weeks. Parents will be contacted with more details upon registering.

Summer Office Hours
Due to construction at our MS/HS campus, our summer office hours will vary.
Elementary School
The elementary school will have the following summer office hours:
May 22nd through May 31st: The front office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
June 3rd through August 2nd: The front office will be closed
Middle School
The middle school will have the following summer office hours:
May 22nd through May 31st: The front office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
June 3rd through August 2nd: The front office will be closed
High School
The front office of our high school will be closed on May 23rd due to construction. Families and students attending summer school can enter the MS front office for assistance until June 3rd. On August 5th, the high school office staff will be available, but families will need to enter the middle school office doors. If you have enrollment questions, please email our registrar, Tammy Fagler, or call 970-833-5190 ext. 218. Our Registrar’s Office will be closed from June 25th through July 15th.

Weld Food Bank Summer Feeding Program
Weld County Food Bank will host its Summer Feeding Program from May 28th to August 9th, offering free meals to children aged 0 to 18. Some sites offer grab-and-go meals, and some offer breakfast and lunch. Please click here for a list of locations, dates, and times!
