The seminar explored how social media influences young people’s mental health, social interactions, and behavior. Providing statistics from the best-selling book The Anxious Generation, this presentation examined how social media affects age groups and genders differently. Participants learned about social tuning, cyberbullying, and addiction. In addition, participants walked away with insights and practical strategies to foster a healthy digital environment.
