A $25 fee will soon appear in Infinite Campus for all students enrolled in Aims concurrent enrollment classes. All students enrolled at Aims are charged this administrative fee each semester.
In the past, families paid this fee directly to Aims. However, to streamline the process and prevent course registration issues, Windsor Charter Academy has paid this fee upfront on behalf of all students taking CE courses. The $25 charge on your student's IC account is simply to recover this cost. No additional action is required regarding the Aims enrollment fee, as it has already been paid.
Any family who has already paid this fee for spring 2025 will be mailed a refund from Aims. Please reach out to the Aims Cahier’s Office at 970-339-6349 if you have any questions.
This fee is not reduced by Aims for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. However, we do not want financial concerns to be a barrier for any students who want to take CE courses. Please reach out to Mia Dellanini if you need support with this fee.
