Town Hall Meeting
On Wednesday, April 13th at 6:00 p.m., WCA's Election Committee hosted a virtual Town Hall Meeting where candidates answered questions from parents. We appreciate all of our candidates for joining us to share their vision for our school! The full session recording can be accessed below.
Voting Process
Our Board election begins on April 28th! Parents and/or legal guardians with child(ren) currently enrolled at Windsor Charter Academy are eligible to vote in the election. Each parent/guardian receives a single vote.
Online Voting
On Thursday, April 28th at 7:30 a.m., parents will receive an email with a unique link to vote. Please do not forward this email. Parents will only be allowed to vote one time from their personal link. Online voting will close on Monday, May 2nd at 3:30 p.m.
Our secure online election will be processed through SurveyMonkey. The unique voting link will be sent to parents/guardians who are listed in Infinite Campus with a valid email address on file. Parent/guardian email addresses must be updated in Infinite Campus by Friday, April 15th at noon in order to receive an email with a unique link to vote. Each parent/guardian needs to have a separate Infinite Campus account, with a separate email address, in order to receive an email with a voting link. To update your contact information in Infinite Campus, please click here. The parent email list pulled on this date will be the list that will be used to send voting links.
Once the election begins, if you do not receive an email with a link to vote, please follow these steps:
Check your spam folder.
Confirm that you can receive notifications from SurveyMonkey. If you have ever opted-out of SurveyMonkey's service for any reason, you will not receive a link. To opt-in, please click here. Voters who opted-out will need to opt-in before next week in order to receive a survey link.

In-Person Voting
If a parent/guardian chooses to vote in-person, they may vote on the following days:
April 29th: Parents/guardians can vote in-person at the front entrances of the ES and MS buildings from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
May 2nd: Parents/guardians can vote in-person at the front entrances of the ES and MS buildings from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m.
