The Junior Class will be making delicious homemade truffles (with help from a professional chocolatier) and selling them as a fundraiser for Valentine’s Day! The Junior Class is raising money for class trips, events, dances, and spirit items. Gourmet truffles will be sold in boxes of a dozen for $20 each. There are a variety of flavors, including:

Simply Chocolate: A box of 12 handmade chocolate ganache truffles with a dark chocolate shell.
Assorted Chocolate: A box of 12 handmade truffles with two of each of the following flavors:
- Simply Chocolate
- Cherry Vanilla
- Cappuccino
- Orange Essence
- Lemon Chiffon
- Peanut Butter

*Truffles contain dairy, soy, and may contain peanuts.

Boxes will be limited and will only be sold while supplies last. Truffles will be available for pick up the high school entrance on the following days:

Wednesday, February 8th from 2:45 to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, February 9th from 2:45 to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, February 10th from 2:45 to 6:30 p.m.
