Policies

Windsor Charter Academy Executive Board Policy AC is our non-discrimination policy. Executive Board Policy AC is the overarching policy that applies to students, employees, applicants for employment, and community members. The grievance process under Title IX is outlined in WCA Executive Board Policy AC-R-2.

Filing A Report

To file a complaint for an alleged non-discrimination/equal opportunity, Title IX complaint, or sexual misconduct violation, please download, complete, and return WCA’s Non-Discrimination/Equal Opportunity Complaint Form found in Executive Board Policy AC.

If you are a student, parent, community member, or employee who needs to raise a concern of harassment or discrimination, please first contact the school or department where the conduct took place so we can immediately address your concern at the site level.

Training

Windsor Charter Academy administrators completed K-12 and Title IX Training in July 2023. Individuals trained include Dr. Teeples and Ms. Colazio, as well as all of our school administrators.
