Windsor Charter Academy Schools are located near the Eastman Park Corridor. As part of the planning process for the Eastman Park Corridor, the community is invited to the public open house. The public can attend in-person on May 12, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Windsor Community Recreation Center (250 11th Street, Windsor, CO 80550) OR participate virtually via Project Connect from May 17th to 23rd. There is no need to attend/participate in both options as the material and ability to provide feedback will be the same.

During the public open house, participants can learn more about the purpose of the project, what the planning process looks like, the results of the public survey, and explore and provide feedback on initial ideas for the Eastman Park Drive corridor’s improvement.
Initial ideas will cover multiple topics, including all modes of transportation, access management, trail and sidewalk connectivity, future land use, development/redevelopment projects, and aesthetic/streetscape/branding enhancements.
The public open house will not include a formal presentation; the event is a true come-and-go open house format. Attendees will rotate through stations to learn about the project and provide feedback, with the opportunity to chat with planning team and Town staff members that will be situated around the room.
