May is Mental Health Awareness Month

North Range Behavioral Health has some exciting events for the month May! North Range Behavioral Health created a calendar for May that incorporates positive mental health strategies - 31 Tools to Thrive. North Range Behavioral Health and the High Plains Library District are collaborating on a mental health series that will take place every Friday evening in May with the library. Programs include The Teenage Brain (Adults only), QPR training for Suicide Prevention (Adults only), Safe: Teen for Suicide Prevention (Teens only) and De-Stressing with Mindfulness. Parents can find these programs by going to the High Plains Library District website, clicking on and typing in the program name. Registration is required for all the programs but De-Stressing with Mindfulness.
