We are ramping up for our WCA Parking Spot Auction! If you are interested in participating, please register below. This auction is open to all current and incoming WCA families registered for the 2023-2024 school year.
By participating in our WCA Parking Spot Auction, your family has the opportunity to bid on a reserved parking spot for the next school year. By purchasing a parking spot, families can save time in the pick-up line while also supporting our school!
There are 4 parking spots available at the elementary school. At the middle/high school, there are 4 parking spots available that can be reserved under a student’s name or a parent/guardian’s name.
Update to Middle/High School Parking Lot
This summer, construction will begin on the new Firebird Facility. Our current parking lot will be expanded. When school begins in August, there will be a separate staff/visitor parking lot and a student parking lot, as outlined in our new parking lot map. The high school student parking lot will be further away from the building. Bid winners will benefit from having the closest parking access to our building.
Bidding Window
Deadline to Apply for a Bid Number: Wednesday, April 19th at noon
Bidding Start Date: Thursday, April 20th at 8:00 a.m.
Bidding End Date: Tuesday, April 25th at 3:30 p.m.
Bid Amounts
Bidding will start at $20.00.
Bids will be increased in $20.00 increments.
Bid winners can expect their reserved parking spot sign to be installed by August 1st just in time for the school year to begin!
To participate in our online auction, please register below. Parents will receive a bid number via email before bidding begins on April 20th. Please be patient as bid numbers may not be sent via email instantaneously. All requests for bid numbers must be submitted by Wednesday, April 19th at noon.
Registered participants who are issued a bid number will receive further instruction on how they can participate in the online auction. Participation is optional. Happy bidding!
