We are excited to announce that we have a new Firebird mascot! Over the last year, Keegan T., a high school student, worked with our administrative team to design and order a new school mascot. Now that our mascot is here, it needs a name!

The Math Department is pleased to invite our students to participate in our Math Tutoring Program! Elementary, middle, and high school students will be matched with a trained high school tutor according to timing and age preferences selected at registration. There is a two-week time frame for students to be matched with a tutor. Parents will be contacted with more details upon registering.

In an effort to align with Executive Board Policy JE: Student Attendance that was revised in 2020, we want to remind parents/guardians about student attendance at Windsor Charter Academy.

Each year, our parents are asked to complete a Parent Agreement Form for each student enrolled at our school. Any student who does not have a signature form on file by the last day of August may have their technology account access revoked.

Our First Annual Parking Lot Pickleball Tournament and Volleyball Open Gym will be held on Saturday, May 27th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Make sure to register your team of two!

We are excited to invite our school community to the WCA Firebird Facility Groundbreaking Ceremony! The ceremony will be held on Monday, May 15th from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the field to the west of the high school building.

Windsor Charter Academy is excited to offer a variety of summer sports camps to our families! Many of these camps are also open to the public. We are excited to engage our student athletes in sports this summer!

Official Fitness, located at 1111 Diamond Valley Drive., has worked with our athletic director to provide an opportunity for Windsor Charter Academy athletes. Soccer Team visited our students! In appreciation for the invitation to come to our school, both teams have offered a discount on merchandise to Windsor Charter Academy families.

Windsor Charter Academy's Executive Board Election begins on April 25th! This year, six candidates are running for two Board positions. The term for each position is three years. Parents and/or legal guardians with child(ren) currently enrolled at Windsor Charter Academy are eligible to vote in the election. Each parent/guardian receives a single vote. 

On Tuesday, March 14th On The Border (6015 Sky Pond Dr.) is donating back 20% of dine-in, take-out, and pick-up orders to support a great cause - the Windsor Charter Academy Sophomore Class Field Trip!

Windsor Charter Academy’s National Honor Society, in coordination with UCHealth, is hosting a Blood Drive on Friday, March 17th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

The Executive Board Meeting and Candidate Town Hall will be held on March 23rd at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Commons. Verified candidates will present their candidate speech. All speeches will be recorded and sent to our parent community.

Our HS Varsity Boys’ Basketball Team are now in the Elite 8! They have advanced to the state tournament and will play at the University of Denver this Thursday through Saturday. Click here for more information on our current bracket and game times.

Windsor Charter Academy’s National Honor Society is seeking donations for Soles4Souls! Students are collecting shoes that are in good or gently-worn condition.
