Students who purchased a yearbook will receive them on May 20th from their classroom teacher. Students will have the opportunity to sign yearbooks before school dismisses at 11:30 a.m.

Comfy Clothes Day will be held on May 11th! Student Council is excited to celebrate Comfy Clothes Day with students as a reward for donating so many clothes for the Uniform Drive.

We are proud of our elementary school students who participated in the Virtual Talent Show! Eleven student acts were submitted this year. Congratulations to our brave and courageous students who showcased their talents!

Are you spring cleaning? If so, our elementary librarians are on the hunt for some fresh books! We have a wish list of books that are in constant rotation and need to be replaced.

The WCA Elementary School yearbook is sold out! Even though yearbooks are sold out, students can still participate in the end-of-year celebrations. One of the best parts about the yearbook experience is the notes and signatures from friends.

Students may bring their bike or scooter on the day they have PE during the week of April 26th through April 30th. Bikes will need to be dropped off on Academy Court at 7:30 or 8:00 a.m

Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School will be hosting a Uniform Drive on Monday, April 26 through Friday, April 30! If you have any gently used uniform items, such as shirts, hoodies, pants, and ties that don't fit anymore, please consider donating them to help our families and Firebird community.

Students at Windsor Charter Academy will be taking their Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) tests in April! CMAS tests are meaningful and relevant assessments that support rigorous academic standards.

Windsor Charter Academy is hosting a Middle School Cheer Camp for all 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students! Participants will learn more about becoming a Firebird cheerleader, meet our cheer coaches, learn new cheer routines, and have an opportunity to cheer at a middle school basketball home games!

Our 2nd and 3rd grade students have been busy creating amazing artwork! We are excited to be able to offer a Virtual Art Show for families to see their child’s art.

The Clearview Library District’s Bookmobile is resuming its service to WCA! The bookmobile will be parked in front of the elementary school on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m. beginning March 16th through the remainder of school year.

All elementary school students are invited to participate in our Virtual Talent Show! We invite our best music, variety, and voice acts to participate!

Windsor Charter Academy teachers and administrators have the responsibility to place all children within an environment that best suits their academic, social, and behavioral needs. Parents may give input on placement through the Class Request/Learning Environment Input Form.

In order to ensure the safety of children during drop off and pick up, it is important that children not approach vehicles when they are moving. At drop off, please ensure your child is safely on the sidewalk before pulling away.

If you are a parent of a current 5th grader, you are invited to join us for our Changing Bodies Parent Information Webinar! Our 5th grade students will soon start their Changing Bodies education segment in class to learn about the early stages of puberty.

Join us for our first Virtual PE Family Night! This event is open to all Windsor Charter Academy elementary school PE students and their families. Online families are also invited to join!

The Healthy Kids 5210+ Challenge sponsored by UCHealth started on Monday, February 1, 2021. The 5210+ Challenge is a great way to reinforce healthy habits with children. Windsor Charter Academy has the opportunity to earn up to $1,500 worth of PE equipment and school wellness initiatives if we meet the challenge with enough participation.
