On Monday, November 13th we will begin enrolling students for the 2024-2025 school year. New incoming siblings of current WCA students will be the first to be enrolled. Enrollment will occur for all grade levels.

With the close of the first quarter last week, elementary and middle school families are able to see final grades reflected in Infinite Campus. At the end of the semester, high school students will see their final grades

Windsor Charter Academy has been offered the opportunity to run the Community Corn Maze again this year! The maze will be open on Friday, October 27th and Saturday, October 28th. All funds collected will go directly to the Windsor Charter Academy High School Theatre Program.

Windsor Charter Academy’s Booster Club is hosting its second annual Mother/Son and Daddy/Daughter Dances! The theme for both dances is Denim & Diamonds. All students are invited to bring their mother, father, or other special adult in their life!

Did you know that October is National Farm-to-School Month? Windsor Charter Academy is quickly being recognized as having a premier farm-to-school program!

October 9th through 13th is College Week! Students are encouraged to wear college gear all week, but need to wear dress code bottoms.

The WCA High School Theatre Program is thrilled to present Radium Girls, this year’s much-anticipated fall play! 

Does your student have an upcoming absence? There is a new, convenient way for families to request an absence in Infinite Campus. Beginning Tuesday, October 10th, absences can be requested via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Windsor Charter Academy’s Homecoming Week is scheduled for October 2nd through 6th! All students, grades K-12, are invited to participate in our spirit days. Each day of the week is something new!

We are excited about our winter and spring sports seasons! We are releasing a new sports registration system. If you have an athlete who would like to play a winter and/or spring sport, we ask that you complete our new Athletics Registration Form.

Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) student data for spring 2023 will be sent home to families this week. Elementary school students will come home with an envelope in their blue Friday Folder and middle and high school students will have their results sent in the mail.

We’re celebrating Caleb A. and Kelani K., two of 72,000 high school students from across the country who earned academic honors from College Board’s National Recognition Programs!

We are excited to announce that we have a new Firebird mascot! Over the last year, Keegan T., a high school student, worked with our administrative team to design and order a new school mascot. Now that our mascot is here, it needs a name!

The Math Department is pleased to invite our students to participate in our Math Tutoring Program! Elementary, middle, and high school students will be matched with a trained high school tutor according to timing and age preferences selected at registration. There is a two-week time frame for students to be matched with a tutor. Parents will be contacted with more details upon registering.
